It turns on, and goes through the process of the fans kicking in and as soon as I press the trigger the whole machine turns off.I've made sure to press the trigger for 3 seconds or more but it still does the same cycle every time. Judging from the instructions this is not how it is supposed to work.I will update this if anything happens on the seller's end.

It works. U use it Max potency it will burn. But it's the real deal. After two months almost all hair is gone and I tried EVERYWHERE, I'm sti dealing with discoloration because of the burns but don't care I'm using retinol to heal fast. I tried devices like this before. None of them worked like this.

Got this as a gift for my wife, the unit would work for 2 mins than shuts off and resets itself like as if it was just plugged in, after a while of my wife going through this process, she asked me if this is how the device should work, its not, it should flash as many times as you need it for your session, the reason seams to be is the included "white power adaptor" is insufficient, it is not the correct "amperage", so too much current is being drawn from the power adaptor to the hair removal device and the hair removal device resets its self when this happens, the "white power adaptor" is only "3amp", the hair removal unit needs a "4amp power adaptor" it states this on the sticker on the handle concerning the units operating Voltage and Amperage, I got a new proper power adaptor from amazon for $23 dollars and the hair removal device now works as it should as of now, with luck this solved the issue. This machine is so advanced that it can compete with obscure manufacturers. It's good. We bought it for convenience, it doesn't hurt when I use it, it's very comfortable and fast, I'll comment on it later and tell me about my experience.

This is the fourth light hair remover that I have tried. It works well I'm like one that didn't work at all on arrival.This is as comfortable to use as any, and more comfortable than some because it does stay really cool and even when it goes off if the follicle Burns a bit it seems to cool down fast. Some of these feel a bit like a hot rubber band popping. This one never stings. I simply feel a little quick bit of hot that goes away almost as soon as I notice it.The thing I don't like about this one is the power operation-it has an on button, but then it's got touch controls on the back. No matter what mode I put it into it will never stay on more than four blips and then it turns itself off and I have to turn it on again! On automatic it takes several seconds between flashes, and on manual it takes a few before it will work so it just seems like it takes a long time to use when it could be faster. Even if the links between flashes were not quite so long as they are, just having to turn it back on and then get the volume right on the back before using it again every few flashes is quite annoying.It says it will not work on light hair, but my experience is that these do work if there's some contrast between your hair color and your skin color. I would describe my leg hair as Gray and these have worked fine. I'm sure if my hair were very dark it would be better but my body hair was maybe a darker blonde & gray when I started and I would say I had a 80% reduction in hair. Overtime I have had patches here and there grow back, and going over it again will suppress it once again. The biggest problem that I have had has been on the front of my legs around the front of my ankles going up about 1/3 of my shins. For some reason the area seems to be responsive, but after a year or so it will grow back. However each time it seems to be less and less.
