Flush stopping working in 6 months
Bought this In April 2023 remodel my house thinking it was a quick remodel, but remodel and inspection did not finalize until July of 2024. Start using the toliet in July of 2024, works great until it didn't. Stop flushing late Dec to to early Jan of 2025. Contact the seller, spoke to Ada, she was helping until she stop replying back. Try to have amazon reach out to help bit they can't do anything as they said. Pls be aware of this seller, toliet looks great, but the inside is not . Has no manual flush, so I'm out of a toliet .. dead in 6 months. Don't buy from them. Wish I could give negative stars.

Super Toilet
The media could not be loaded. This toilet is my favorite thing in my house right now. A tad bit of luxury at a good price. I love it. Everything works great.

Do not buy this toilet
This toilet is complete garbage I purchased this product 2yrs ago it worked for 4 months then it started malfunctioning. Flushes off and on I try getting help for Amazon and they offer no assistance I try reaching out to the manufacturer and they are in a foreign country and offered no support. The toilet after 1yr old is a total loss, the bowl will not refill . WHAT A WASTE OF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND NO THANKS TO AMAZON WHO IS STILL SELLING THIS PRODUCT

Zero Customer support
This toilet was wonderful for a little over a year but then it stopped functioning properly. The vendor Superworthboutique was no help. The toilet has to be unplugged and replugged for it to flush!!! Amazon was also of no use. The manufacturer of this toilet has no contact information. Beware and dont buy this toilet!!!!Update. There is a 9 volt battery that needs to be replaced every so often when the toilet flushing malfunctions under the main console that pulls up from the toilet.
