The orange peel in the ingredients list piqued my curiosity and decided to give this product a try. Although I can't really detect the orange peel in the mix, this blend does have it where it counts. When I opened the jar, the first thing I noticed was the the fresh and invigorating aromas of the herbal mix. But the best part is the flavor that it imparts the food, it's simply unparalleled.So far I have used it when marinating, grilling, roasting, frying and braising. It goes great on all meats; beef, pork, lamb, chicken, goat, fish, even on shrimp. Baking or roasting vegetables, this is a must.Although the Costco mix I was using until now is still good this condiment has taking my cooking to a whole new level.Will keep using it until I find a better.Highly recommended.

This versatile seasoning is our go-to in place of salt. We use it on everything from scrambled eggs to breakfast casseroles, grilled chicken, veggies and rice, in soups, etc. For those who shouldn't add salt to their meals, or can't have salt, this is a fabulous, flavorful replacement.

This is a staple in my cabinet! Love this on nearly everything- it’s so versatile. Also a great value for the size to always have on hand. Flavor is great especially since there is no salt so you can add as much or as little garlic flavoring as your heart desires!

I noticed that it has gone up from $19.32 to $22.39. My calculation may be off; but, it has increased $3.84 more. No matter how good it is, I will not buy again because it is TOO MUCH of an increase. It increased shortly after I ordered it, not since prices have gone haywild.

I grow and use a number of fresh herbs that I use in my cooking, but this blend makes it so easy to add exception flavor to any dish without the cutting and chopping. This doesn't mean it will replace use of my fresh herbs for some dishes, but the flavors in this blend enhance so many foods. This mix includes a mix of premium garlic, orange peel and herbs like rosemary, oregano and basil to create a full-bodied flavor profile that works for Italian dishes as well as seasoning for chicken, fish, veggies, and so much more. It takes your food to the next level of flavor without having to use individual herbs and flavorings.Although I do still use fresh herbs in some of my cooking, sometimes dried herbs make more sense. The flavor is great and it makes my meal planning and cooking a lot easier. I am happy to have found this seasoning in a large container as I use it often.I hope this review was helpful for you.
