Starts off cool then gets hot. Relieves pain soreness. Really helps for couple of hours. I use spray to get my back however roll on is also good. Now the bad. strong menthal odor after use .recemend applying in well ventilated area away from pets and edible objects. Or go outside.Roll on less of a problem then spray. Bit pricy but worth it . have bought several times.6

I like the ease of use compared to getting gel all over my hands but if I'm being honest it sprays on the floor since its range is pretty wide and my target is my legs most often- the heat level isnt as high as the gel version either. I use it because of the ease and the fact that it makes puting it on my back as someone who lives alone possible but if I had a major ache as in a "I cant quite walk without pain" muscle ache then I'll reach for the original.

I have been waiting for this for a couple days because I broke my pinky toe...stumbling around in the dark going to the bathroom. This is worth every single penny. It is sooooo cooling and soothing. My toe has been aching, like throbbing...just spray this BioFreeze on my toe and it is amazing. I still can't wear closed in shoes but at least I can wear a sandal. I tried it on my arthritic wrist and it also works wonders for that pain as well. I'm going to try it on my knees before I go to bed and I'm sure that it will work wonders there too! Try it, you won't be disappointed.
