This was recommended by my plastic reconstruction surgeon to help break up scar tissue, fibrosis in the breast tissue as well as encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid. I find it works well. The ball is very smooth and it is easy to hold. Very good purchase.

Easy to use
Easy to use, glides smoothly, and feels nice over sore areas post lipo. I use it over a thin material. It seems some hardness had softened or decreased after I used it. And hoping it'll keep it that way.I recommend light massages with your hands and using this ball lightly daily, even twice a day or whenever you can to keep your fascia soft.
