Expected quality from Carhartt.Jacket is solid and keeps wind and cold out. Yet to test in freezing temperatures or storms. But happy with my purchase. I would recommend sizing down as they a re a big fit. I'm a 52 inch chest 6 foot tall and a xl fits nice...

Arrived today already the best jacket ive ever had.... bought for farming ,cant wait for lambing in this coat!!!RECOMMENDED

Sizing is accurate if you normally match that size level, with room for a decent size hoody/jumper underneath.Extreme warmth seems an exaggeration, but it’s warm enough for the current 5 degree Celsius temps we have right now.Finally a hood that extends out enough to provide protection from rain on the face.Zip is opposite way around to UK clothing, which is initially strange but has no effect on usage.It’s a nice jacket, and should be for the price level. I will check out other Carhartt items as I’m pleased with this one.
