The sound quality is great and features are as good as expected. I wish it had more output options. Good purchase though, I’d recommend it.

Best value for money if ur looking for an atmos setup, i specifically like the small size than others in the same range.

For this day and age this device needs multiple inputs for gaming; there is only one. I have to use the media box button to switch to my second console. The user interface feels clunky. I haven't been able to calibrate speakers because it fails the test without an explanation why. My favorite feature is Bluetooth connection.

Like I said it worked great and then I came home turned it on and it displayed PROTECT and then shut up. The offer 5 or 6 remedies for this but none work. I am waiting on a call back after 5 trys to get a humanIt's been than 3 months since I got it I hope they will call with a solution. I'll let you know how it works out.

Purchased this product in November. Worked just fine until March when it suddenly stopped outputting sound to the speakers. Was able to use the Sony support website to chat with a specialist (slightly longer than talking to a human) and get a case number assigned. They shipped me a box and packaging and I shipped the unit to United Radio in New York, who contacted me and confirmed everything that arrived was as shipped. They replaced the “digital circuit board” and had it shipped back to me within 3 days. Works fine now. All work covered under warranty, but definitely speaks to the quality of this product.

Good quality! Came nicely packaged and works well. Had no issues with set up or operation.
