By the time the sofrito got to my home it was warm and the thin ice pack that was with it was warm also. I couldn't take the chance that the product was still good as I didn't know exactly when the ice pack melted and for how long the item was not refrigerated.

I opened up the package and my daughter said, Mom i can smell that over here. She was in the living room. I made arroz junto and it brought me back to the island. The taste was on point. Today I made beans guisada. please please stock up again.
