Love the concept of using only what you need and save the rest for later, but a couple things you should know.First major thing is to shake extremely well before you begin, this allows any product that has settled to get into the mix. The premise of this product is that it has 2 separate sides of solution and only when you spray the foam for use does the product mix, activating the dye.The second major thing is that if you have stubborn gray... like I do unfortunately, any product does need to stay on longer than the recommended time. This may be different for blonds since it is a lighter color and also because it does contain harsher chemicals. I am dark brown with no salt & pepper in the mix, white/silver roots completely. So for me, if I leave any product on the recommended time I still see the roots, but they are "tinted' a lighter shade of brown. I leave the color on for as long as an hour.This prodcut is so convenient to use and does work well as a root touch up system.... with enough time as mentioned. It really is as unmessy as you can get. I use this product and also Perfect 10, another of my favorites, I do leave both on the same way.

I have always liked this hair coloring system. It was very disappointing that the product was taken off the market and it's no longer on any store shelves. I thought I'd check on Amazon for the product and sure enough it was available and it also cost half the price that I used to pay. I mix colors to get the shade of brown that want. Since you don't have to use all of the colorant I can store the hair color until the next use. The foam goes on easily and doesn't drip.Its so easy to get the results that I want.

I bought this on a whim and didn't expect much. I was impressed by the amazing coverage I got. My hair was shiny and smooth. The color was exactly as expected. I have thick, shoulder length hair and I used the entire bottle. It was a little drippy.

DO NOT BUY! Waste of time and money. There's absolutely no color activation left. Zero stars!! Why is Amazon requiring "stars" for an expired product that did nothing???? Change your program if you care about honest reviews.

I like the fact you can touch up over 6 weeks ,however the color gets kinda dull quickly.

I don't want to say that it's the best hair color ever, because it's discontinued in every store in town and I'm scared I won't find it again or everyone will buy it and it will sell out. Because it's the best hair color ever!!!!!!

I bought this at target on a whim. I had been wanting to dye all my hair to fix my grownout highlights and grey hairs. I LOVE this color. And the product was super easy to use. Shake and go! Yes, it would be nice to know how much is left in the bottle (the only reason I took away a star). But regardless it is nice to not have product go to waste. I missed a section of hair (my fault paying attention to too many things!) and was able to use the product to do a touch up the next day when I noticed. I have hair past my bra strap and still have product left over to catch my roots in a week or so.
