I love this stuff! Have been using it for years for all of my kids (aged 18mo-17 years!). Works amazingly. My oldest daughter (17yo) has a terrible reaction to afrin of any sort (even the children’s version) but this stuff works perfectly. I always make sure I have some on hand for when these darn colds pop up!

Not crazy about the pump sprayer. Would be more inclined to buy again in drops rather than the sprayer form.

Please don’t buy. This product looks suspicious. I bought it previously in Germany and was so happy to find it on Amazon, but wow… this product is from India and packaging looks strange. I would not ever use it on my child. It’s not refundable or returnable, so it’s just $15 trashed.

Have been using otrivin for my 5yr old and it works fairly good

This product is not a USA product. Directions are in some other language. If you are thinking about using this product on your child, you have to stick it way inside the nostril, it burns(I tried it), and it's made somewhere other the USA ..its non-refundable so think before you buy.
