Q: Can it be worn under jeans or is it too thick

I wear mine under jeans everyday! I love them!!!

Q: I'm 6'4" weight 170; I wear12-14 in pants what size would you recommend, also are these shape wear or leggings?

These are definitely in my opinion compression leggings .I ordered medium and was 5”1 and about 163 Hard to get on and the top rolled down all the time .I didn’t have huge belly but had a curvy bottom.with your height not sure how long they would be on you Hoping this helps definitely wish I had ordered larger size.they fit now I’m now 5ft and weigh 134

Thu don’t stretch much I suggest a bigger size
