The Masala Chai is my personal favorite in-home-chai product. If you have been using boxed chai from the grocery store, you have no clue how much your missing out on. This brand is top notch. Excellent flavor depth, bottle is slim and easy to store in the refrigerator (REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING!!). The handle is convenient. You can tell this concentrate is made with high quality ingredients from the first sip. Inside the box was a pamphlet outlining the brand and their products. Their backstory for how they named their brand is pretty cool! If you are looking for an upgrade from the watered down grocery store Tazo or Oregon whatever... LOOK NO FURTHER!I tried multiple brands so hopefully you don't have to.Unless you want to spend the time to infuse steeped black tea yourself, you will most likely not find a better chai at home. The moment my package arrived I made my first iced chai with oat milk and cold foam and it was superb. I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN 🙂

It tastes great! I make chai breve w/ coffee mixed in too.I had a lot of trouble pouring it out of the jug without making a huge mess until I separately bought a squirt nozzle. I consider this an issue because the stuff is a bit pricy, so when I accidentally spill a bunch of it, it stings my wallet!This one was the correct size (would recommend to anyone thinking of picking up this jug):https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005QQDG3Q/I only had to trim the end of the straw tube at the bottom a bit, then it screwed on perfect. Now I just do two pumps into the mug.With the pump, I wasn't wasting any of it on my countertops and floors.The seller recommended alternatively to rotate the jug when pouring to minimize spillage. Didn't test that since by the time I ordered a pump top piece I just attached it and was done.

I’ve tried other brands, but after drinking this, it has ruined them for me. Nothing has compared so far. I like my chai spicy and this brand does it perfectly. Just make sure you shake well before using each time as the spice settles a little on the bottom. I agree with reviews about it spilling easily, especially on the first couple pours, but it doesn’t bother me enough to stop buying it by any means. It’s spendy but worth it.

I am super picky about my Chai. I absolutely hate when I’m going to take a sip of my highly anticipated chai beverage and it falls flat. I like a nice, spicy, full-flavor chai without having to double the recommended “serving” amount.That being said, this was delivered about 30 minutes ago, and I rushed to the door to have my daily dose (I ran out of my other concentrate 2 days ago so I was ravenous for a sip).I was delayed in my indulgence, as no directions were on the container itself, (the company includes some pretty interesting recipe suggestions on the included literature; I’ll have to try those at a later date.) So I winged it, and did about a 33/66 split with my original oat milk. This did NOT DISAPPOINT! Spicy, flavorful, literally everything I love without having to mix 50% or more of the concentrate. I may even be able to go down to a 25:75 ratio to conserve my stash.The value for the money is great. As I said before, I’ve had to double the suggested serving sizes for many concentrates; so keeping this under $1 per serving is wonderful!Now, why 4 stars instead of 5? Because as much as I love the flavorful spicy-ness, the red pepper contributes more than the ginger. I really, really wish the ginger spice was the heavy hitter. Ginger is my favorite.

I'm allergic to coffee so chai tea is my morning go to. I've tried tons of brands but keep going back to this brand. It's delicious! It's spicy concentrate but I get to decide on how spicy based on the amount of milk I add. It's perfect and I'm not switching!

The first time I bought this the taste was wonderful. The second time I bought it I could not drink it. The licorice flavor was way too much.I contacted the customer service. They immediately sent a replacement. Very happy and grateful for them!

Product was broken and leaking in box upon delivery, see photos. Site states not eligible for refund or replacement. This is not acceptable.
