Been taking this for a while it helps a lot with sleep and specially relax my muscles speeding up recovery after track meets and hard workouts love this.

This product works well and helps promote deep sleep. I don't think there's anything wrong with it. However, in my case, I was also taking a Vitamin B Complex supplement and when I started taking ZMA at night, it caused peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage in fingers and toes). The symptom I had was a stabbing pain in my toe a few times a day and a few times at night disrupting sleep. I was trying to figure out what caused it and learned that too much B6 in your system can cause this. I stopped taking ZMA and the B Complex and was better the next day with no symptoms. So again, nothing wrong with this product that I am aware of, just keep an eye on your B6 levels and if you notice peripheral neuropathy symptoms, reduce or discontinue usage.

My husband now has these on subscription he likes them so much and he's not one to take supplements. My son recommended them and husband loves how they help him get through the night and no groggy feeling in morning.

Before you buy a zinc supplement, do a research on zinc-copper balance on the body. Just having a zinc supplement without proper copper supplement creates copper deficiency in the body which results in Alzheimer like symptoms such as mind fogginess and memory loss.
