Another good dragon from Ninjago
We enjoyed making this latest fire breathing addition to the Ninjago family and liked the flapping wings which I haven't seen before on a Ninjago dragon before, although my son and I have only made 3. They articulate back and forth when you push the lever on its back. The build was simple enough, but surprisingly for Lego, we did spot some slip ups in the instructions! I haven't spotted any for a good while, and we do our fair share of lego building, so it was a bit of a surprise! The stickers in step 121 are incorrectly labeled as #1 (should be #3) and then in step 200 a random 1 block appears then disappears again in step 201... (it reappears again on the next page, but still, my mantra to most people has always been your wrong lego is always right... but that may now have to change)He is quite an impressive beast with a good wide wingspan made from fabric wings, along with the dragon you also get two Ninjas and two snake warriors along with a crossbow shooter.I am afraid to say he's not my favourite dragon with 71753 still in prime place on display, so he might be worth a look if you don't already have him, and a tenner cheeper too! but he is a good dragon in his own right just not my fave...Ive knocked a star off for the slightly wonky instructions and the fact that he's a tenner more expensive compared to 71753 and they are about the same size models (although to be fair I have just checked the block count and this one is about 180 up on the other dragon)

Really enjoyable build experience for our 7YO son. Great fun toy.
Another great addition to the ever expanding Ninjago range! Our 7 year old son (and his younger 5 year old brother) are huge Ninjago fans so he was thrilled to receive this set. Aimed at builders 8+ years it is a bit more of a tricky build in comparison to many he can crack on with independently but that’s not a problem in this house as I am always an avid Lego fan as an adult so help is always on hand. This is the third Lego Ninjago Dragon we have now built and like the others we do find them fiddly but that all adds to the Lego build experience, and for me personally makes them different from the bog standard city ranges. The biggest draw to these sets for the boys tends to be the mini figures and which characters some with each set, I feel for the price range this comes with 4 - 2 ‘good guys’ and 2 ‘bad guys’ not the hugest mini figure haul but suits the set well and it also comes with an additional weapon/cannon. Also having the 4 figures makes life much easier with two siblings having less to fight over! There are 6 bags in total which makes it very manageable to either build in one large hit or split slowly over a weekend to keep the builder entertained. I do personally find the dragons harder to store safely and we currently have ours out on display, meaning more to dust, and also puts them at higher risk of falling and breaking which has occurred numerous times. Rebuilding these dragons or finding where the pieces have to be replaced is a real bug bear of mine, but that’s down to me being very precise about my own personal Lego builds and doesn’t affect the boys enjoyment or play opportunities from this set at all. Overall this is another great Ninjago set, lots of detail, lots of work to build and lots of fun once complete!

NINJAGO Lloyd's Dragon LEGO
This is our first NINJAGO LEGO set and it certainly won't be our last! It is currently mid build for my partner and nephew and so far is a big hit that both are excited to finish and see how Lloyds dragon turns out.I received the LEGO in a reduced packaging plain box - which meant the actual box remained label free. Inside the box is all you need well packaged and with easy to understand pictorial instructions. This is something my partner and nephew are completing during their 'boys time' and I love how LEGO allows family to spend time together, building and interacting. As always with LEGO, great quality and built to last, I know my toddler will play with this when he is much older, as his Dad and cousin do now.In the box you get 6 bags to complete in stages for the dragon to take shape. The dragon itself is posable with head, jaw, tail, legs & arms that can be positioned as well as wings that can move backwards and forwards. You also get 4 mini figures -Lloyd with a sword, who can be upgraded with a hood, Nya with a spear, and 2 NINJAGO snake warriors. Overall, really impressed with this and will be adding more to our LEGO collection in the future from this series.

Huge dragon perfect for Ninjago fans
If your kid fan of Ninjago this will be a perfect present for any occasion. The lego itself is not too hard really and does not have too much of pieces. The manual is really good and explains every step really well for building this lego. But it's really consistent with lego to provide a good manual.I think the main thing here is the dragon which is really really big and massive. And what my nephew really liked about it ( he is a big fan of Ninjago). Another interesting thing is the wings are made of cloth so the whole dragon does not weigh too much as well. The whole dragon looks really cool and attention to the details are on the highest standards as well. The coloure scheme of green and blue looks cool as well. Furthermore, you can move the head of the dragon as well around 360 degrees, and his neck too up and down. In addition, the forward legs can move to sides as well. ankles and nails can move as well. Which together with head movement makes this dragon really realistic especially for playing. In addition to the dragon, you will get 4 figures of good and bad guys so you can create fights between each other.Overall it's a big and very realistic dragon from Ninjago, which will be a perfect present for all the fans of this tv series. And as always the quality are extremely good of this whole set.
