Excellent step by step book
Five stars for customer service and an exceptional book. This book teaches me everything, step by step. It has every MS program, and an easy to find index takes you quickly to your trouble spot. As for only black & white, no colored charts, after extensive reviews of about 25 MicroSoft books here, this is the norm. What I find most amazing is the details of the explanations, which is the reason it’s so easy to follow & learn. Previous review: I am exchanging this one for a NEW replacement. If I receive it in NEW condition, I will update the rating to 5 stars. Customer service is everything.

Expensive but worth every penny
I am a senior and not a techi . This book has given me confidence to work in word and excel and PowerPoint will be next. It is expensive but really worth it to me .
