Total piece of junk! Do not waste your money!I wish I had listened to the honest reviews and not the 5 stars paid ones.....The plastic is of such poor quality that you are afraid to touch it, it feels like it is about to break under the slightest pressure. May last a couple of weeks max.The lock button works, the unlock button cannot work as it has no way to make contact with the electronic board inside.So have fun locking the car but then fighting to get the emergency metal key out to open the door!!!Yes, because the mechanism to free the metal key is a piece of junk too!DO NOT BUY!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!

I needed this for my C320 as the buttons have come unrealiable. I found a YouTube video which explains not only how to transfer the internal circuit board over to this new FOB, but also how to change the batteries.It works great and is very reasonably priced. The fob itself looks great. I purchased this because my old one was al busted up and the buttons wouldn’t always work. After I swapped the guts of my old key with the new fob I was please to see that all of the buttons worked every single time now BUT unfortunately when I went to start the car, the key would not turn.

Made to fit your FOB and it does...but it lasts barely a year. Company kept promising to send replacement and never did. I guess its a good FOB replacement if you are really stuck

This replacement shell works perfectly! My last replacement fob shell came from a different vendor, it only lasted about 1 year and the unlock button came apart inside. This quality of this shell seems to be more like the oem key fob. I would order this one again if needed. As with all all aftermarket shells, the factory MB start is not included.
