I found this has helped with my digestion better than other probiotics. I'm more thankful I only need to take one capsule as well. It doesn’t make me feel sick like some probiotics do. And I think since taking this I've only had constipation once but that was due to a food intolerance. I've been taking this consistently possibly for 3 months now and I do generally feel better for it. It’s affordable, easy to swallow. The capsules are a tad on the thicker side but they are roughly 23mm long and I don't have an issue getting them down even with tonsilitus. There's also no weird taste or smell so extra points there!

I haven't feel a difference taking this but I don't usually feel a difference taking any other bio cultures. Maybe is good for us internally but not something I can feel a change

Very strange...First of all there was only 28 tablets, most people don't check so imagine how many they're short tableting.I dont think it help with anything, just gave me wind, terrible wind.

This probiotic seems to have made an impact for me. It has helped with my skin and mood which is fantastic. Expect this probiotic will become a core part of the supplements to support good gut health for me towards achieving my health goals coupled with sleep, exercise and healthy diet.

I have never tried probiotics before but I can already tell a difference in my bloating! They are used to promote digestion and gut health, which I have problems with, often feeling queasy after meals. This has already solved this. I thought it would work but not so quick!

I find they do help a little with bloating, but I find them hard to swallow as they seem to get sticky as soon as they get wet I find I can feel it get stuck on the way down and have to drink lots to wash it down. Would prefer it if they changed the capsule to one that glides down better.
