Walker's Shortbread Highlanders, All-Butter Shortbread Cookies, Snack Pack, 1.4 Oz (Pack of 18)

The shortbread highlanders are good, tho I have to say that they were better quality about a decade ago. Less butter I would say, and perhaps a lower quality wheat flour. The compensation is that the calories per cookie and possibly lower. I liked the packaging, which encourages me to stick with one or two per day, but sadly, most of the cookies so far are broken, mostly in three, four or five small pieces plus crumbs. Hard to imagine how badly they were tossed around during shipping, or maybe they were in an earthquake?

These cookies are amazing! You can find Walkers shortbread in many US stores but never the highlanders sadly. These are great because they’re individually wrapped so I can just grab a pack and have them fresh and not have to worry about a whole container going stale!

Good gift for someone that likes shortbread cookies.

They were a hit at our Christmas luncheon at Church. I like them because of their flavor and a bit of England in an American Church.

These are the solid plain circles. They're exactly what you expect from Walker's Shortbread. They're a bit on the thick side, so some people might want to dunk them in tea or milk to soften them up.The only surprising thing is that the package says that each little package is two servings. You'll get one cardboard box containing 18 individually wrapped packages, each of which contains two cookies (total of 36 cookies in the cardboard box). Whether two cookies is "two servings" or "one serving" (or "half a serving!") in your house is up to you.

THESE ARE THE GENUINE BISCUITS THAT I GREW UP WITH IN MY HOMELAND, UK. THESE ARE WELL PACKED WITH 2 EACH, SO GREAT FOR TRAVEL! ARRIVED IN EXCELLENT CONDITION TOO! HAVE A CUPPA AND BE DELIGHTED!

I have ordered these cookies 3 times. The third time I ordered them they arrived in pieces. Of course you can’t tell because they are individually packaged. I’ve opened probably half of them They are DELICIOUS but so for I have all little broken pieces. BEWARE, you can’t serve these to anyone any they are NOT RETURNABLE. Enjoy cookie pieces and crumbs if this happens to you. This company needs better packaging?

Most of the two packs in this box of bisquits arrived broken. Yes I can eat them and they taste great, but they are broken up in many small pieces. Maybe they should be sent with a Fragile sticker on the box.
