Sony WF-C500 Bluetooth Earbuds with Mic, TWS, Up to 20Hrs Battery-Green

I am using this from last 1 month battery backup is good if I charge one time the battery stays for 5-6 days depending upon usage.2) Base is good I can adjust it according to my preference with the app3) touch buttons are okay don’t need much pressure. Just a little touch is okay.4) noise cancellation does not come but design is as such it’s a natural noise cancellation.5) comfort is fine we can change buds according to our ear shape.6) overall It’s a good product as per price much better than garbage Boat products.

One of the best buds. It doesn't have active noise cancellation but listening music through these buds is very nice experience.

I have purchased this product a month back and it's definitely not the product that I expected from Sony.It has inherent technical issues, like keep getting disconnected from one earbud. This is the issue because they have the functionality that o ly 1 earbud can work. However the moment you get another sound, either call or message tone or any other app tone, it will be disconnected and then only one earbud will connect back.Even if both the earbuds are connected then also it keep getting disconnected and reconnecting automatically very frequently, I am not able to use these earbuds at all.I tried replacement from Amazon but they are not able to do because 1 month is passed.I tried Sony customer care but they said they can't do anything as you haven't purchased it from us. You can go to service center and try to get these repaired there. Which is very unprofessional from both Amazon dn Sony.How can they sell faulty products like this.Now, in the quality of the sound, it's worst than any of the true wireless earbud that I have purchased. This is the 3rd one. Other are even half the price of this, like from Mi or OnePlus and have much better sound quality.This is very expensive product and not worth the money. If you want to spend equal money go for OnePlus or better spend some more money and buy Bose.Sony India is making all of there products in India very cheap quality and not the same what it used to be earlier. When it was made in Japan.It's also very heavy, do not fit the ear and keep getting dropped. I am sure this product will be getting discounted very soon.Call quality is just not usable, even in the very quite place, other person is not able to hear your voice.I am very surprised how others have given good rating to this product, either it's a marketing fraud or some fake reviews.Don't buy this product, it's pure waste of money.

I wanted to buy wireless earbuds for under Rs. 2500/- but after doing so much research I found that the earbuds that come under Rs. 2500 (like, Oneplus earbuds, Oppo earbuds, etc.) were not giving me features that I was looking for and that was Great Sound.Under Rs.2500 earbuds were giving other features like Noise Cancellation, long battery life, etc., etc. But they were not giving a sound experience. Even expensive Samsung did not give that sound experience that Sony gives.It was out of my budget but somehow I managed to buy it and now I can say it was a great decision to buy these earbuds.I only recommend this for Sound Quality. The Sound quality of these earbuds is better than I expected. It is your own little Home Theatre in your pocket.

Was using galaxy buds live for last 2 years, I use to feel pain in my ears if used for over an hour but these pair of birds are damn comfy, I can use it for hours without any pain, it fits perfectly. I am more into rock music and sony’s audio quality is just too good you can custom the equaliser for vocals.Should have atleast provided ambient mode, need to take these off while having conversations.I am the type of person who listens to music while sleeping and i like to keep my birds playing till i am asleep. trust me these are the pairs you’ll definitely love if you are the type of person who listens to music all day/night long.Best audio quality experience, compared side by side with airpods pro you’ll get the rich audio quality experience like in the airpods.design is beautifully engineered, feels sturdy and light in my ears.Overall verdict : if you want a tws for audio quality not for calling purposes you are going to love it.Better than all the expensive chinese birds with loads of features and over bassy audio quality.Another happy customer.

Switched to sony after 14 years. Used wired headphones when it used to be Sony ericsson in india. And I can tell you sony is one the best when we talk about the sound. Everything is balanced bass mid high. Perfect loudness.
