Perfecto para distribuir el agua y para que el café no salga a trompicones. Importante cuando se usa un portafiltros sin fondo. En el video podeis ver que con él, además de distribuir el agua, no deja que pase el café y, por lo tanto, deja la cafetera limpia de restos de posos del café.

Habe mich für dieses Upgrade für meine Dedica Style Siebträgermaschine EC685.M entschieden. Ich bin begeistert. Ich nutze das Sieb mit dem neuen Duschaufsatz (IMS Precision Nanotech DL200NT Duschwand für Delonghi und andere Espressomaschinen, 50,5 mm) in Kombination mit dem Pucksieb von Normcore 51mm. Ich konnte nun den Mahlgrad bei meiner Sage Smart Grinder pro direkt von 12 auf 7 erhöhen. Echt nice!

Dit is geen noodzaak maar werkt pefect en is zeker zijn geld waard.Je moet wel 2g minder gemalen koffie in je portafilter dan als je dit gaat plaatsen bovenop het maximum hoeveelheid je kan, anders krijg je de portafiler niet meer dichtgedraaid.

I thought that having a puck screen was a bit of a gimmick but decided to try it out anyway and was pleasantly surprised. The quality of this screen is excellent, it's made from thick, tightly meshed steel which feels very strong and has been machined thoroughly to take off all jagged edges. Does help even out the distribution of water through the coffee which is actually noticeably better when using a bottomless portafilter and also helps keep things clean and tidy as it keeps the puck together and stops coffee from going onto the shower screen.

Llevo dos meses usándolo, no solo es mucho mejor cubrir los ligeros errores de tamping sino la extracción es más pareja y la pastilla más estable. Un truco es dejarlo remojando en agua caliente unos minutos y luego enjuagar suficiente todos los días y una vez cada quince días remojarlo en vinagre blanco y enjuagar Perfecto para qje no agregue sabores indeseables al café
