S&S Worldwide Foam Push-Up Block, 8" x 5" x 4-1/4IN

Traditional yoga blocks have standard sizes. I needed 5". Turning this product on side achieved that. I also bought a product to assist in situps. That fits under the doorway. By itself, it was difficult to hold my feet in place. When I used this foam block above my feet it also worked well. I like the foam block and hope you do as well.

I am a PE teacher and these push-up blocks has helped my kids immensely. My kids do the push-ups the right way now even though it is harder. I would recommend this for K-12 kids use this product. Will be buying more
