Very helpful tips & tricks
It is disappointing to know when one of family member gets diagnoised by adhd. When you come back to reality, I recommend to read this book. If you have read books like DSM-5 you can easily understand symptoms of adhd. This book brings out all those medical terms into simple easily understandable terms. You will be able to understand symptoms & non-medical treatment for adhd. If you are reading this review, you are in similar boat. I emphtize with you & just believe that adhd is treatable like any other disorder, although bit difficult in the begining. Good luck!

I'm a pediatric occupational therapist and I'm super impressed with all the Intervention ideas in this book. It's easy to read for clinicians and parents! If this were the only book I had, I'd be happy!
