I really enjoy using this it's very user friendly

Although original delivery was to be expected Sat Dec 7th, it arrived today (12/9) in one piece without any issues. Easy to navigate and pretty fast processing speeds! Couldn't beat the steal of a deal for this laptop at $84.99 (+ tax)! It is hard to find a decent laptop under $100, let alone one that has a bigger screen than 11 inches... this is the perfect size for me, even when i take off my glasses!

I contacted the seller and told him that I had a defective part I told him that I needed that plug to plug into the computer so I can use the computer ASAP he contacted me back saying they were sorry it was going to get me that defective computer plug but he put it in regular mail so it could take up the 10 days before I get that part and now I can't use the computer so what I'm saying is that the computer is a decent computer but what is the computer if you don't have plug to plug it in to use it which I haven't been able to use this computer since I bought the sold me a defective part that came with the computer snapped and broke the second day I had it I'm very upset so I'm here unable to use the computer that I just purchased so now it's going to be additional 7 days before I even get it from regular mail so I just have to put this computer in the closet because it's no good to me. I can't recommend the seller be careful.

I got this Chromebook after the refurbished Dell I ordered arrived not working.I returned it with no problems and it was picked up the next day and my account was credited the next day.Very pleased!It did have a ugly sticker on the top of it , I eventually peeled it off and the condition was 4 out of 5

Just what I needed. A cheap laptop. Performs as expected. Not super fast but also not dog slow. Keep in mind this is a Chromebook running ChromeOS. It's not Windows. There is a learning curve if you have not used it before. Be prepared to use Google to figure things out.

Additionally, the device arrived in excellent condition, and for a renewed product, it looks brand new.If you’re looking for a budget-friendly laptop for very basic use, this could work for you. However, if speed and performance are important, I’d recommend exploring other options.

14 inch is the way to go for Chromebook, i am ecstatic with the quality

It’s a great buy for the price. There’s no debating that. However, no manual included. I bought it posted as excellent condition. Nothing could be further from the truth. Many scratches on both sides of the keyboard. Surface scratches on the lid. I can actually live with that. Looked like a big dirt stain in the exact middle of the screen. Nope it’s a ding and it’s deep enough to fit the tip of your fingernail. The fact that it actually works is the only thing stopping me from giving one star. I was under the impression this was from Amazon but it’s an individual seller. I’m okay with that but maybe some more transparency and honesty would have me in a better mood
