I am satisfied with the device.I tend to have brake outs, at the age of 23, I develop acne and the last 1 year I have been given a prescription from dermatologist, and now that my skin is in a better condition and healthier, I decided to buy this device, a week ago, and I am impressed, my skin didn't react bad on the daily brush, as I was scared it would. It leaves a sensation of a deep cleaned skin. I use it, with the daily brush, once a day, on the gentle mode.Also, it came charged and still I haven't charged it.

The media could not be loaded.  Strong enough to cleanse pores. My skin is sensitive but not to the point that this would cause break outsIt's compact and comes with different heads to use. You can also separate the heads so that you can keep everything sanitary.I enjoy how this product works and I have no problems with it.The base however is dumb. Its great to display but not to charge.

The media could not be loaded.  Could only really find two problems with it, the power cable its weird 2 pin to usb? Why not charge it with usb-c and be done with it, because of its unique charging I didn't like that, was a bit weird to plug it in, and might have to be careful that port doesn't look waterproof to me. The second problem is the battery is only 1000mah this is a real problem it says 20 days but thats only if you use it for few minutes a day, now if you had 10,000-15,000mah battery or so you will be looking at 3-6 months of use without charging it, this is what it should of had be done with the charge every 20 days thing, for me it would last only 10 days because I'm slow at cleaning.The product feels nice on the skin, so many brushes each with their own texture. that can smooth and exfoliate. tingling and feels good, but I never pressed too hard it was kinda ticklish for me, I didn't mind this everything was good about it but those 2 problems I mentioned. The manual doesn't go into that much detail on how to use it, the best thing would be to youtube guides as there are techniques to move your hand and what to put on, I personally put on any face cleaner I had in the cuboard and it worked fine. I love the pouch it comes with is handy to keep all the brush heads in, the stand is a nice accessory too.I like it and can recommend it but cleaning the product can be a chore though don't use hot water above 40oC. If they would put in a 10k mah battery and use a usb-c port I'd rate 5.

The media could not be loaded.  This rotary face cleaning brush comes with five brush heads. The two brush heads for cleaning both feel comfy on face, not harsh at all. There is also a silicone brush for sensitive skin. I found them all working very well.I have been using different kinds of rotary brushes and I can say hand-on-heart this one is the best I have tried. My face feeling very clean after and there is no hurting, grazing. The three speeds are very handy, you can find a speed that suits your skin without grazing yet cleans well.There is also a blue or red light which you can turn on while using the brush. There is no claim of what the lights do. I supposed it help the absorption of skin products while using the soft pad but not too sure.The device can be used in the shower without any problem but probably not submerge into a bath with IPX7 rating.Excellent face cleaner, wireless which makes it versatile and very well-made, at £29.99 this is a bargain - highly recommend!

I am always very conscious when it comes to my skin and I have a keen interest in finding the best ways to maintain healthy happy skin. One of the the top and best ways to keen skin healthy is by cleaning and cleansing each day. This tool is a fantastic way to keep skin clean without aggravating it.The machine is simple and elegant and comes with a handy stand that you can keep the machine to hand in your bathroom easy, the stand also has a drainage hole at the bottom so not water gets left standing at the bottom of the machine.The brush comes with a multitude of heads:- Soft (blue): for daily cleansing- Exfoliating (green): for deep cleansing- Silicone (white textured): for sensitive skin- Pumice (rough stone): for callus removal (I assume not the face!)- Soft sponge (white sponge): for applying creamsI have to say the soft blue is my favourite head to use on a daily basis, it isn't too rough that I will aggravate the skin, but cleans your pores thoroughly. There are 3 settings you can choose from, gentle, daily and deep. I tend to stick with gentle and this has worked great for me.There are also blue and red lights that you can use whilst cleaning, there is a lot of interest around this type of lights with the skin and I can say that I have noticed a difference. The red is said to stimulate collagen and reduce inflammation, whilst the blue is to penetrate pores and eliminate bacteria.I am really impressed with this machine, it has a classic mens shaver charger port which works fine and has a great battery life on it. I would happily recommend this product to anyone.

My daughter had been asking for this particular brush for month for her birthday.I purchased this as her present after opening and being very happy the brush never worked numerous attempts where made to charge it but sadly the brush was broken my daughter was very upset ..

Works well with a good facial cleaner that lathers easily. Found it works best this way.Provides an even scrub around the entire face where someone may find difficult to do so or clean hard to reach places.Easily rechargeable, battery lasts plenty of time, includes cable to recharge.The scrubber is waterproof so no need to worry about submerging it to clean, super easy to do so. But I would recommend drying this after each use to prevent any long term damage.

Waterproof to an extent (they usually only last a year) but the best brush for the money and even better than the $80 Mary Kay facial brush. I have purchased three of these and will continue to support this product. I use it every day in the shower but it usually fails around the year mark. I will just order a new one when this new one fails

I love this product, it is a staple product in my skin care routine and I can’t be without it.

The power is not so good. Barely does it job. I guess I’m used to other that are very powerful with long lasting battery life. This is just ehh.
