My 17 year young cat loves this product. It doesn’t have much of a scent, she loves to eat it, so it must taste delicious. My cat has a thyroid problem, went from 14+lbs to 10lbs. I pour this over her wet food, like a gravy, and mix it up, it makes it easier for her to eat, and she will sit at her bowl and wait for it. It is not thick, more of a water. She always has dry food out, but she meows for the wet food with KittyRade on it. She has been eating more, it works for her.

What a waste of $!!!

At first our kitty didn’t like the Kittyrade but we found if we mixed it with a little of the PureBites raw chicken (and we added a sprinkle of phosphate blocker) then he would really lick it up. We called it his teriyaki chicken and the kittyrade was his teriyaki sauce lolol Casper gets excited when we get excited about what he’s about to drink/eat. It was amazing how much better he did, acted and looked when he was drinking/eating the kittyrade. He really hated subq fluids and this made a great alternative for him. I encourage you to try different combinations if at first your cat doesn’t take to it. It will really be worth it when they start drinking it!

I wish this came in smaller packages. My cat was severely dehydrated, so I ordered this product in desperation. Unfortunately, neither one of my cats will drink it. I ended up having to give my cat subq fluids.

The 8.4 ounce resealable containers are nice and the package is adorable. It pours easily without drips or mess and seals securely. The cardboard box the 3 containers come in is nice and sturdy and prevents damage and is perfect to store them in the cupboard. I’d prefer they came in smaller sizes also, such as 4 oz instead as my cats don’t seem to like it as much chilled from the refrigerator. I could heat it up, but that’s not very convenient. The smell seems on par for a meaty broth and cats and kittens didn’t hesitate to drink it up. I bought this for my senior cat to entice him to drink more fluids and it has been very successful. My foster kittens and their mother also love it.

I will start by starting my cat is 21 years old. I was excited to see how well she drank the first couple times .Then quit drinking the product.I waited a week and tried again she drank a little bit and would go near. It again so I engined up having to dispose of the unused product.

I have two cats. This is almost exact same review as someone else has posted. The one cat is a bit picky so it wouldn’t surprise me if she wouldn’t even try this. The other one is role-playing a dog and will eat absolutely anything that drops on the floor or you put in front of her. She wouldn’t touch this. I haven’t even found anybody that I can give it away to. Total waste of money for me.
