Fisher Paykel DD24SAX9 24" Drawers Full Console Dishwasher in Stainless Steel

I installed this Fisher Paykel DD24SAX9 in my boat and love it! This is the quietest dishwasher I've ever heard. The dishes come out very clean and I'm surprised by it's low energy and water usage. I highly recommend this dishwasher for a compact space on a boat or RV.However, after reading all the reviews about receiving damaged goods, I hesitated to purchase a new dishwasher from Home Super Center. I went ahead and placed my order because they have free shipping. Unfortunately, like many people before me, I received a severely damaged dishwasher. The packaging looked in excellent condition, so I suspect it was damaged before shipping. You CAN NOT request a prepaid shipping label for a damaged item via Amazon. You must call them to get the shipping label. It took two days back and forth with pictures of the damage before they finally sent me the shipping label. Once they received the broken dishwasher, I had to message them again to tell them to refund my money. I ended up buying another dishwasher directly from another merchant. They included shipping; the dishwasher was shipped quickly and was in pristine condition when it arrived.I highly recommend the Fisher Paykel DD24SAX9, just don't purchase one from Home Super Center.

I was incredibly happy to find this as I had a 12 year old FP dishwasher drawer that died. My space could not accommodate the new tall tub version. This fit perfectly and looks great . I was extremely happy with this purchase. It also arrived beautifully packaged in pristine condition and right on time . VERY HAPPY with my purchase!

Purchased in July…professionally installed when our cabinets were installed…after several months is leaked all over our newly installed cabinets…hasn’t worked since Nov 2021 and we have receive no warranty resolution as of Mar 2022…In other words, for this lovely price it has not worked longer than it worked and it damaged our cabinets…I’m am losing faith that it will ever be repaired or replaced…just a run around. WTH?

Pro’s - stand straight up to load and unload, reliable and very good at cleaning and drying. You have room for a large extra drawer under the washer.Cons- Smaller capacity, holds about the same amount as the bottom rack of a standard DW.Must rinse off all debris from the plates etc. or it will eventually stop up. If it does stop up, its easy to rectify, lift out the rack, pop the drain cover open and remove debris. Our 1st one (still in use, stopped up once in 7 years, otherwise no problems.

if you have an RV with the space for this dishwasher, do yourself a favor and install this asap. Uses less water then doing dishes by hand also saves on the use of paper products. Not to mention the extra time you have to be out enjoying the great outdoors instead of standing at the sink washing dishes.

I have this installed in my 2013 Redwood 36RE. It only took about 2 hours to do the install when I had gathered all the supplies. I figured it would free up about 3 hours a week from doing the dishes because I meal prep and have a ton of those plastic containers throughout the week. Every day I would have about 30 minutes of washing, rinsing and drying, after a 12 hour workday that was the last thing I wanted to do so I decided to pull the trigger on this guy. I tried my best to find it at a cheaper price but with shipping everything was coming out to be about what I paid on here. It's a really nice looking dishwasher, it just doesn't get the dishes that clean. I pretty much have to scrub them beforehand for them to come out as clean as I'd like them. I doubt anything out there is going to get the dishes as clean as an at home model but maybe you could get something a little cheaper that performs on par with this model.

Great size for two people

This is a big quality dishwasher brand that we have used before and liked. However, the recently purchased one had stated/listed dimensions that were not exactly what was delivered and which I was expecting and it was 1-2 inches too small for the opening. Consequently, we had to cut a piece of molding to cover to opening.
