I used my new steam cleaner for the first time this week. It was very easy to assemble but directions were lacking about how to fill the tank with water (I figured it out myself but this should really be in the directions). The unit itself heats up quickly and the steam comes out well and consistently.I used the steamer to clean my kitchen floor and I must say that it did a fantastic job. I like that I don't have to use chemical cleaners like I did before. I have a laminate kitchen floor and I think the steam cut through all the layers of build up from the cleaners. I also used it on my tile floors and I found that you need to go back over this with a dry towel because if you leave the water to just dry, it leaves some faint patches. When I went over the floor with a dry towel, it picked up some dirt off the floor so obviously the pad on the unit did not pick up all the dirt. One of the other reviews said that the pads don't really look dirty after you mop and I have to admit that I did not see the dirt on the pad either although I had some dirty areas that it took care of. It could be that you don't see the dirt on the pad as much because it is a gray color to begin with. For areas in the bathroom that I really want to disinfect, I held the steamer over it for 8 seconds (per the directions). The bathroom odors were gone which I was happy about. I do feel like there is a different level of clean in my house now (hopefully not just my imagination). The product comes with two cleaning pads and I bought an extra one so I have enough clean ones to switch out as needed. Overall, I'm happy with this product. I have yet to try the attachments so I'll update with info on those later.

Set it up, filled it with water and seems to have a clog in the hose. The unit heats up but no steam comes out while making a loud, repetitive clicking noise which increases the higher the steam setting. I have contacted the seller & will update.Upon closer inspection, the hose had a kink in it. Easy fix and works well.

I should have bought this steam mop ages ago! I felt like my floors were never fully clean with other mops, but this one really picks up everything and makes the floor feel professionally cleaned! I waited a few months to buy this steam mop - don’t wait like I did; just buy it!!!It’s easy and straight forward to use. It saves money, time, and hassle! It also has so many uses - I love how clean it gets my floor, but it’s other applications are appealing, too! The mop is lightweight, and it has a fairly long cord, so you shouldn’t have to deal with unplugging and replugging all the time.
