After searching Amazon for new bulbs for my older tanning bed and seeing the reviews that the sellers were easy to work with I decided to order 24. They arrived within a few days and were packaged very well. When we opened the box there were three broken bulbs and one that would not come on when we installed it. I contacted the seller and they answered within the hour. They asked me if I wanted them to send me replacement bulbs or give me a partial refund. I chose the replacement bulbs because I already had the others installed and knew they were HOT! Three shipping days later I had 4 new bulbs! I have already noticed a tremendous difference in my tan, in fact I got burnt the first time I got in and only stayed 10 minutes. If you are looking for new bulbs these are definetly worth the money and the fact that the seller never hesitated in replacing the damaged bulbs should be enough to buy these. Buying tanning bulbs from Amazon scared me a little since it was a lot of money for something that could bust during shipping (which is very common) but I am happy with my purchase and will order from them again if I need new bulbs. I'd also like to add that we ordered new starters and replaced them as we were replacing the bulbs and I would recommend everyone to do the same.

Great shipping. Quick. Well packed. Easy to install. Tanning effectiveness is just ok. Expected to get a little pink with new bulbs but I have not. Getting ok tan just not real strong.

These bulbs arrived early and there wasn't any broken bulbs! We installed them in our tanning bed they all work. I have tanned 1 time and I can see the difference. I was playing it safe and didn't want to burn so I went in for 10 mins we have a 20 min bed. In the 10 mins I was in the bulbs got hot. They were packed very well. Im happy with my purchase.

So I ordered these for the new tanning bed I bought my wife. When they arrived, unfortunately 4 of them were damaged. Within 15 minutes, they had responded, asked how many was broken, and had replacements on the way. They arrived today and worked perfectly.The handling of the product wasn't in the way they packed the bulbs, but in the carriers' way of handling glass bulbs. I will buy all my replacement bulbs from them from now on because of how easy and hassle-free it was when there was an issue.Keep up the great work and the bulbs work great! Thank you again!

Would def buy again. Bulbs came 2 days early and everything was packaged very well and no bulbs arrived broken very satisfied.
