I have tried all sorts of vitamin gummies before and must say, these actually make u feel like they are doing something good for you. There are many complaints about the taste & flavor on these, but do keep in mind that they are high quality vitamins from a great company and are supposed to taste and have a slight vitamin flavor to them and not taste like pure candy & sugar like all the others, hence the reason they actually work. I highly recommend this vitamin with no negative feedback to share.

For me, taking a multi is a long-term commitment for my overall health, and I trust this product to supplement my diet without worry. The taste is meh, but it's a multi—they're not supposed to taste great! I also like that it's B Corp certified.

For all the flavor-haters, it's a vitamin not a candy. I appreciate the lower sugar flavor. Tastes perfectly fine and still a bit on the sweet side even IMO. The three gummy dosing recommendation is ridiculous. It's like it's own meal course at that point. Just remove some of the fillers and make these more concentrated already.

I got these for my boyfriend and he loves them. He says they are so could he could just eat them. I told him let’s only use the recommended 3 gummies a day. Hahah! But anyway will continue to buy for him.

Some of these reviews are real eyebrow raisers. Like honestly who lowers their rating because they "stick to each other" LOL? People please.Anyways, I would say that by far the best difference these make for me is the fiber. I really needed much more in my diet, it's way too hard to be consistent with dietary fiber intake while cutting carbs. Taking 3 gummies is literally more than enough fiber to get you by, and that is a game changer for me.That alone would be more than enough for me to justify the cost, because eating 3 of these in the morning at the same time that I take my prescriptions is super easy to remember. The fact that it has anything else is just a bonus tbh.As far as taste and texture are concerned - good, they're fine. As you chew them they may get stuck to your teeth a bit and you'll have to use your tongue. Oh heaven's forbid! Better go full Karen in the reviews over it.
