Excellent product! Great flavor!

I use this quite frequently when I make fish. I mix garlic, honey, olive oil and ginger (I get the shredded) and put it on top of fish, mainly salmon before cooking. The fish comes out moist, crispy around the edges because of the honey and a nice ginger flavor. I usually purchase this at Whole Foods but in a pinch I’ll order from Amazon (Amazon has everything)

This is the best ginger out there. I love it and it's so easy to add to soups. I take the guilty pleasure of eating some right out of jar while I'm cooking with it. Great quality!

This product has added cane sugar

Items arrived open and leaking. I initiated a return, but was advised a refund would be granted “returnless”.Great plan, but now Amazon is still telling me to return the leaky bottles, which have already been disposed of.Good intentions but a glitchy system.I’ve eaten this product before. It’s excellent!

It used to be before sushi, you could find jarred sliced ginger in grocery stores. Not anymore. It is all pickled. This grated non-pickled ginger is just what I wanted for salads. It has great texture and is not chewy. Perfect for my salads that need "fresh" ginger without the work!

Plump slivers of real ginger in a slightly sweet juice. Add to baked goods, drinks, and I dare you to not sneak a bit straight up, it’s that yum. Came well packed and safe. Don’t hesitate to order!
