It really removes grip as being the limiting factor so you can go heavier for longer :)

Very sturdy & comfortable.
Love these! One of my favourite gym purchases!I use these mainly for deadlifts & RDL's, I'm able to lift alot heavier using these as they do not put strain on my wrists & I'm able to grip onto heavy weights alot easier, as I don't have a very good grip otherwise.Easy to put on & pick up weights & easy to release heavy weights too.I feel safe when using these, as they are very robust & good quality.

They do work but I'm still yet to find a completely reliable product for extremely heavy weights
Great until you go really heavy, they do work at high weights but a bit of manoeuvring needed and if out of place they might add to the issues rather than solve them. If you don't go really heavy they're far better than fussy wrist straps and very helpful.

Overall I'm very happy with the comfort and the fact they take the strain of my hands so I can lift more weight

Overall a good product
The hooks do not easily accommodate some of the large barbell sizes so can be difficult to use with certain exercises but overall they are a good product and I am getting good use from them!
