Is this compatible with cdma towers

I'm not sure. It is a Verizon 4g phone with a SIM card. A moto module that connects to the back is necessary to make it 5g.

would it work with my t-mobile SIM card?

No this can’t work with t mobile as it does not work with mint mobile or tello which run on t mobile towers.I know cause it happened to me.
