Worth the money
High quality diffuser, lots of options for lighting and mist settings. Nice remote and the glass cover looks great. Very happy with its capacity, auto shut off and overall functionality.

The media could not be loaded. This is BEAUTIFUL! I purchased one and will eventually purchase more to have throughout the house and maybe have a spare one on hand for a last minute gift idea!

Wanted to love this. NEOM makes amazing products. This diffuser spews water out the top and is rather messy. Ordered a replacement, same thing. Either defective product, or Amazon has a bad batch.

Beautiful! Would make a stunning gift
Neom's Wellbeing Pod Luxe Ultrasonic Essential Oil Diffuser would make a wonderful gift due to its beautiful presentation and product. Its packaging is a thick cardboard that's cream-colored with a separate sleeve that goes all around it. You can tell by the weight of the diffuser that it is high quality. You can also easily tell just by feeling it that it is made of quality ceramic. It is a nice larger size too, being made for use in larger rooms. It also has four small rubber-covered feet on its bottom so it doesn't move around.Just have some essential oils ready to use in it since it doesn't come with any essential oils.

Amazing diffuser!
NEOM – Wellbeing Pod Luxe is definitely a high quality diffuser. The appearance of this diffuser looks expensive and elegant. Also it was easy to use and comes with lots of options for lighting and mist settings. Another great thing about this diffuser is that it comes with a remote control and automatic shut off. Highly recommend this diffuser!

First class product and service
Received a beautiful Neom pod to the US as a gift from my best friend in England, she had ordered it from Amazon UK, of course it had a UK plug and voltage and I’m in the US. Contacted NEOM myself, they could not have been anymore helpful, immediately arranged for pickup of the item from my door, shipped (at their cost) back to the UK and resent a US pod to my home. I have NEVER had such efficient professional service from a small company ever. This product is beautiful buy one immediately, I’ve told all my friends here in the US about the amazing service and wonderful products, thank you Neom!
