It was horrible. Plus seller took so long to resolve the refund even it was sent back the day after
I bought this laptop for my son who loves to play games but it kept on freezing & crashing. We were only able to use it twice.Plus he was limited in what he could do. Since it was HP I thought it would have been great. I requested a return & ups picked up it from me the next day. It's been over a week I still haven't received the refund.So if you want you don't want issues like what we had, buy a laptop instead of Chromebook. Would not recommend at all you're just waist money. I only gave it 1 star because thats the lowest I have the choice of choosing.

gREAT CHROMEBOOK FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT
Bought this to replace a much more costly Dell laptop that was dropped, smashed, and finally broken after a couple HARD years in my teen son's backpack and at school.This "factory renewed" Acer 311 looked almost new (a couple slight scratches on the outside), and works perfectly. Students today seem to use the Cloud for almost all their schoolwork, and this Acer has done it all without any compromise. My son really likes that it can flip open 180-degrees, so he can hold and use it like a tablet, if he wants. The touchscreen is sensitive, in a good way.I'm happy enough with this product that I am thinking of buying a couple more -- for me and a business partner.

Great and sturdy for kids, but too slow for Roblox.
I got this laptop for my 2 school aged kids to do online homework and play Roblox but it didn't cut it for Roblox.The touchscreen was great, very responsive. I love that it was super sturdy and seemed to be made very thick and durable for younger kids. The screen seemed a little on the dim side in comparison to my other 1080p Acer I use.I think this would be decent for light browsing and watching Youtube, but it was on the slow side for some of their favorite Roblox games. Some of the games wouldn't ever load properly at all. We had to return them and just spent more $$$ for a faster model.

Excellent device
Make sure the model you’re looking at is not at end of life or “automatic update expiration”. This one is good. Great for virtual learning. Easy to use for none technical people.

Gross stuff on keyboard and screen popped out of place on bottom. Both easy fixes.
