For the price (even though it wasn't too expensive) I thought it would be a bit better quality, instead, it's like something you'd buy at a fair or the seaside, seeing as it was for an adult I'm a bit disappointed.

The size is good. The build quality is ok. It's comfortable to wear. But, it's only a fancy dress hat. The band around it isn't attached so it falls off if you bend down. I think it's made of cardboard and it creaks when you touch it or move it. It'll be ok to wear for the country and western night I have coming up, but I was hoping to wear it for sun protection during summer.
