I had a bad experience at the beginning but they fixed it really quickly.. it is very convenient if you want to save some time cleaning the ashes at the end of the day. Works perfectly for my chimney because it is small.

This item was very small. You need two of them to make one good trade to hold the woodstove on. Not a good buy unless you’re buying two.

As other reviews have noted, their size in description plus their product info is incorrect. The description states 13" x 13 x 2". Product info down below it says 13" x 13 x 1.2. I measured and the one I received is 12 5/8" x 12 5/8" x 1 1/4". I will keep mine because it will fit under our home made fire pit. However, I was really hoping their measurements were correct. Could have used it a tad bit bigger.

Had a hard time finding a size that would fit and ended up going with this one. Purchased mid December 2022 so we’ve had for a little over a month since it’s now early February. As you can see in the picture it has already started to warp……

Used this in a fireplace under the grate. Does not handle heat very well. It warped after 1 use. Now, it's discolored, warped and looks ridiculous. I tried to add a photo but it wouldn't accept it. Needless to say, I'll be sending it back.

Too small

Way too small for my fireplace.

It’s small, but I understood the size based on the measurements provided. It serves the purpose of giving me a head start when scooping out ashes from the fireplace.
