Delayed Response and Pathetic Service
I ordered the Vega hair dryer it got delivered on 30th June but it was not up to my standards it seemed to be used and also it was not working properly the cool shot button was not working since return was not possible I asked for replacement on the same day itself that is 30th June and Amazon team is so laid back it has been 7 days they haven't replaced the old product with new one . How inappropriate and irrational behaviour.Not trusting them anymore with such products @amazonteam
