I purchased these because they are biodegradable, natural wood. So much better than plastic. They are small, about 3 3/4" long. The scoop of the spoon is also small, perfect for sauces or dips. I love them and always bring them when we do a charcuterie with soft cheese and/or dips. 300 of them - so it'll be a while til I need more, but I'd buy them again. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. The media could not be loaded. As an ND I do a lot of healthy cooking demos. I love these spoons because they are durable, made from wood and biodegradable. I use them for all of my demos.

Every few weeks our preschool has Ice Cream Friday where the little guys enjoy a small cup of ice cream at the end of the day. I don’t encourage school to use plastic spoons so I get these wooden ones. They work perfectly and they are compostable. They are smooth and nicely finished. Excellent product for our needs.

Fine product. I got these for my wife because she started selling jam at our local farmers market. Occasionally she gets a customer that can’t have gluten (she normally has samples on crackers), so she has the spoons as a back up option. She finds them to be fairly sturdy for scooping up jam, and just the perfect size for a small taste.

I sell food stuff at local vendor's markets...these spoons are perfect to use for tastings.I really like that they are wooden and not plastic.

I use them for daily wet cat food dispensing. The spoons are strong enough for the job--been through dozens with no breakage. They're also small enough to be handy--it is exactly the right size for the task.What's great about the concept of a wooden spoon is that it doesnt dirty a people spoon--which are in limited supply in the house and would need to be washed. Also, with the spoons being wooden, i can throw them out after use, and not contribute nearly as much to the trash stream. Plastic is forever, but wood not so much!
