Saved myself $100 by repairing my golf cart windshield!

I used this to replace the hinge on my golf cart windshield. The windshield was .225” and the manufacturer says .25” only. I’m pleased to say it worked on the cart.You need to have alignment perfect on the parts as it won’t slide to adjust. I also had to do a little prying to fully seat the hinge, but once in place it is firm.Would buy again if needed. I need this to last 5-10 years though.

Was very hard to install. Had to use a heat gun to soften the plastic up a bit to get it to slide on. You would think as hard it was to get on it would be on very tight. Went over a bridge at the golf course and it had a little bump on it and the top half of my windshield fell off. I wound up running over the windshield and broke it. Now I have to buy a whole new windshield.

Purchased this to replace my EZ-GO golf cart windshield hinge instead of buying a new windshield. With care & patience, we were able to replace the hinge. Pretty sure there are many ways to get this in place, but we slid it on one side with gentle tapping & the other we pushed it in place. Once it was centered, it looked great!

Adhesion was not a strong as I would hope it to be. Every so often we need to slide the hinge back in place. Other than that it is a good product.

It was a tight fit, youtube video demonstrates assembling with rubber mallet. Working fine been in service for just over one week.
