WishMaster Collection
Not a bad set of movies, years ago I had watched the first movie and I enjoyed it. I had no clue that there would be others to follow.Graphic, bloody, and it's not for the children to see. If you're looking for a great collection of horror movies well I would recommend this collection! The price wasn't bad, arrived in great condition, and there was no delay in getting to my home. Over all very pleased with the movies and I can assure you these are not boring!

As You Wish....except.
Great price for a great looking set. Completionists will rejoice, but anybody with taste will frown at the inclusion of the last two films. Gracefully, nobody is holding a gun to your head to watch them and, even better, they are not necessary followups. So, in essence, you're paying a very fair price for the chance to get to watch two fun, gory romps. If they want to throw in the dunces of the series without bumping up the price then that's fine. The films all look and sound great...no complaints there.

Divoff Films are great, he is the Wishmaster !!
As much as I like the first Wishmaster, there are flaws I consider strong with Wishmaster 2, and major flaws with 3 and 4.Wishmaster with Divoff is great fun, and enjoyable. Also, the guest spots in the first Wishmaster is a testament to thescript quality in my view. The extras with the first film are good, and thoroughly enjoyable.Well worth buying for the Divoff films, but forget 3 and 4. Divoff owns the Djinn character, and the second guy with the Djinn role is not really believable. The film JINN released 2010, takes off as the only film I am aware of that takes the spirit of the Myth. Divoff does a creditable performance for Wishmaster 2 and he is the main reason that this sequel works well, however the attitude of the director of Wishmaster 2 is bizarre since he calls the horror films "absurd" and seems to have an attitude similar to Jeunet ( Alien Resurrection director) who publically said that he did not understand why people sit in a cinema to be scared. Wishmaster 3 and 4 are shot back to back. Wishmaster 4 was in principal photography for 15-16 days, and the FX in 3 and 4 are the same, the film is shot in Winnipeg in the same period, and the script and execution of the films are not even worth calling the films B grade, as well as being films that divert from the mythos in such a significant way that it destroys the coherance of the film "series". I give 5 for disc one, and Divoff saves 2, but 3 and 4 are just a waste of a good idea. No wonder the film makers in 2010 felt justified in doing a new take on the Myth. At least the director in twocould have been one who liked the genre, and 3-4 are just such a letdown for fans of the franchise. I am glad that Divoff delivers in Wishmaster2 despite an almost sub-par script. One and two are great to watch, but the 3 and 4 films are poor knock-offs that try to be something more than they are( would have been nice to have a good script as well that stuck to the mythos).Divoff, you are great on Screen as the Djinn !!

I love the first movie
The first movie is just amazing. A dangerous creature know as a jinn is released to gather souls so it can be released. The actor that played the jinn was awesome. The story was amazing. Also there are cameos from other horror movie alumni.

Make Your Wishes
So, before I bought this, I thought I was not a fan of this film, and that this couldn't possibly be the work of Wes Craven. I loved and thought all his other films were the best Nightmare on Elm Street, Hellraiser, and Scream. this movie has to much gore to morbid nor craven style and his least best movie series. Upon viewing the first movie and getting to know the true style of Wes craven and good horror VS bad horror, boy was I wrong. This movie series is incredible the amount of time and effort it took to make this movie is amazing so much going on. It brings you right back to the place you were when you watched Nightmare on Elm Street, can I say Freddy has a new best friend/Partner in crime. One that invades your dreams, and the other invades your wishes. yes there is a lot of horror violence and gore but it works. This is Wes Craven at his best. Now hellraiser was OK but it doesn't hold a candle to this in comparison, there are more elements to this film then hellraiser had in the whole series. Scream yes Scream, WES WES WES now all I can say is just another stupid slasher. Whats your favorite/best slasher, no not scream, but friday the 13th stick with that one. sorry got off track there, so if your a true Wes Craven fan or are opposed to this one as I was fear not ALONG WITH NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET PLUS WISHMASTER THIS IS TRULY WES CRAVEN AT HIS FINEST, So go on MAKE YOUR WISHES.

Good Horror Movie
I love older horror movies, I find them very nostalgic. This one is no exception. This one is a little slower paced, and I would say it's more "suspenseful" than horror, in my opinion. The concept is scary, but it just doesn't take full advantage of it. I still like it though. I love Halloween, so the week leading up to it, I have a movie marathon, and this one is always in the rotation.
