Pd and qc3 as advertised
Button free operation allows me to really close this thing up, especially because I don't need the micro USB port next to it either.

50% failure rate
I ordered a two pack and they worked great! So I ordered another pack of two and while it did turn on and appear to be charging the pack, it wasn't taking any kind of load on my power supply and it wasn't charging the batteries at all.Of the ones that did work, they have 18W PD both in and out. But When you are fast charging a device, and you plug in a 5V device, it will drop the voltage of the USBC to 5V. On the bright side, it does safely drop to 5V, but I would have like to have the USBA charge at 5V while also getting PD, but it's an $8 board soo...TL;DR, if you want something reliable, look somewhere else. If you tinker and are willing to accept some risk, when they do work, they work well.

Two of them received today and both of them not working
When I connected fully charged battery it shows 25 percent once press button and boost converter does not generate 5.0V. Tried different ways:- real load device connected to USB A ports - does not work and 5.0V does not come up auto or pressing button either way;- device trigger (with 5.1K on CC lines) connected to USB C - nothing happens. Conclusion:I know well enough this IP5328 device to say the board does something wrong or device is faulty.

Good PCB but I think the inductor is undersized
It works and demonstrates this chips abilities. But I was unable to draw more than 700mA @12V via a PD3 USB C trigger board. I think that the inductor may be undersized on this board as the data sheet specifies that it can provide more than twice that current (1.5A).

Usb ports a little fragile good spec overall
Had to reinforce the back of the usb ports with a taut piece of wire soldered to the port itself and pulled over. Specs are good, port a little fragile.

Works well
This thing does exactly what I want... Take 10 batteries in parralel and chaarge other devices. With that being said my main complaint is I wired an inline switch so I can store the batteries for long periods nad this fails to turn on after being shut off, I have to plug it in to a charger for it to wake up even on fully charged batteries.Update I shorted that one and I ordered 2 more with the spacing of the resistors 1 minor slip while soldering and bam another one dead. We'll I have 1 more but apparently it's doa. I'm way past the return window and I'm screwed. I will be giving up on my project due to this.

Failed to work right away
This product failed to work right out of the package. No matter what battery was attached, the battery level lights only read 25% and the battery would not charge. Attempting to reset didnt work.

Stops working after a month or 2
After using for a couple months. All it does now is just blink 4 flashing lights.
