Best Beef Jerky I've had
I love Beef Jerky and have tried many types, that have been prepared in many ways. This one is the best. I did a little research in how this gets produced, and it seems like this method of production produces a serving that is higher in protein and flavor than a traditionally produced beef jerky. I have also tried my hand at producing beef jerky in different ways...low and really slow on smokers, dehydrators, and also in an oven, but I could not duplicate the taste and quality of Boma Biltong. Great job in the develop of this product.

Consistently moldy
The first couple were great but now I've received several orders where the biltong is completely covered in mold. I will NOT be ordering any more. These guys need to get their production in order.
