Very Loud and Nice Looking
This is not quite as loud as the other siren that I tested. But it is loud enough to get the job done. What I really like is the way that it looks. The blinking light is bright enough to get your attention. This is excellent for use in an office it looks very professional.I wish that I could control the light separately from the siren.

9V Not Enough but Good Siren
I wanted to use this inside my home to let me know if my garage fire alarm went off. However the signal from a residential fire alarm comes from its 9V battery and is not enough to make this do much more than give a crackly squeak. Once I gave it it’s own 18V power source with a relay triggered by the 9V alarm this thing works great. Loud enough to make anyone want to get away from it.

Great bang for the buck
The construction is cheap and light-duty, but what do you expect for $8.99? I plugged it in, and it's nearly as loud as my $85 device. Overall, it's great bang-for-the-buck.I installed this in my van. Although it already has an alarm system, it doesn't chirp until after somebody breaks a window or hits it. Homeless people have been regularly looking inside my van and checking it for unlocked doors. I even had someone siphon fuel out of it without so much as a chirp. Now, Ring.com motion alerts start an Alexa routine, which turns on this alarm inside my vehicle via a 12VDC wifi switch. The routine also turns on flood lights and a deafening fire bell on my building. Now, tresspassers get an overwhelming greeting before they even get close to my van.

Cheap easy siren and strobe light
I got this to use with my Hubitat smart home system, no this is not smart by itself. I install this outside on my ceiling over my porch so I could have an outside siren when my alarm would go off. I use it with a 120v to 12v power supply and have that plugged into a smart plug. I have it set up so when my alarm goes off it turns on the smart plug which turns on the siren/strobe. And boy is this siren loud! The plastic housing is pretty cheap and cracked a little while I was screwing it to the ceiling. Time will tell how long it last but it's fairly protected where it's at. Overall this was one of the cheapest siren/strobes I could find, I didn't want to spend a lot of money for something like this but it does what I need it to do.Pros:It was cheapEasy to wire upHas strobe and sirenCons:It's cheap (cracked while mounting it)Not weatherproof
