Pricey but Work Well
I gave this product a rating of four due to the price. In my opinion my Waterpik Sonic-Fusion water flossing toothbrush was expensive (over $150), and it seems interesting to have to pay such a high price for the replacement brush head – especially when it is recommended to replace it every three months. I am also curious as to why the original unit came with the compact brush head instead of the full size brush head – it would have been great if the unit had come with one of each so that we could compare the two different sizes and know which one we preferred when it was time to reorder. If you are researching the two different sizes (like I did before purchase) then look at my photos for a comparison of the full size versus the compact size. I have now used them both and think I prefer the compact size. This is a two pack of the full size replacement brush head. I am not sure why one of the brush heads in the package comes with the silver band on it and the other one in the package does not – but that is how they are pictured in the ad also. They are easy to physically replace, fit well, and do their job. (I purchased this product – it was not part of a promotion.)

Two toothbrush heads for $25
Can’t buy them anywhere at any store. You can buy the Waterpik Sonic Fusion at every drug store, all department stores and discount stores. It’s a fabulous toothbrush set up! Been using it for a few years and my dentist loves it too. One problem, replacement brushes are outrageously priced and they make sure you can’t get it locally and you overpay. If I didn’t love my toothbrush so much I’d just go back to a $2 toothbrush!

Full size vs compact
I returned the full size for compact; they issued the refund and then claimed they did not receive the return (merchandise) back so they charged me again. It was really hard to locate how to contact the seller and resolve the issue, so buyer beware and check your statements and emails to make sure they aren't trying to charge you again!!!I don’t like the full size brush heads ... they are too large; it’s hard to tell from the photos given the difference between full and compact. The compact brush heads are great though and I like the toothbrush a lot. The compact size does not come with the clear brush heads like the full size; not sure why.

Good Quality
The quality of these brushes are so much better than the ones that came with the Waterpik! They’re not too soft or too hard. You won’t be disappointed.

Great for water flossing and btushing
The Waterpik comes with a "small" brush head which I found irritated gums at tooth junction though the water jet for flossing is amazing, more than enough pressure on tap (I started at "1", quickly went to "2". #3 and above were too strong for me so early in my use of this device. This "large" brush has softer bristles and is totally comfortable The water flossing jet is comparably focused into the same skinny solid pulsetile stream. *** make sure the little water tank is fully inserted or the unit will not turn on even though it looks ready to go.
