The best solution to seasonal allergies.
I used to have the worst allergies. I would often spend most of spring indoors and popping Zyrtec daily. Allergies were a part of my life since early childhood. I did some research and found out that drugs like Zyrtec were really not good for you, to say the least and decided to wean myself off of it. That was a 14 day nightmare of extreme withdrawal symptoms!I started taking local dehydrated bee pollen daily (approx. 1 tsp swallowed with water) in the winter. As allergy season approached, a co-worker told me about this stuff. She had terrible allergies and said that this stuff really works. As the allergy season began, I noticed a great reduction of symptoms due to the bee pollen. As the season started to peak, my allergies started getting pretty bad so I started taking the Nettle-Quercetin. This stuff really works! My symptoms for the season were pretty much nil. I had a few bouts of sneezing and a few incidents of itchy eyes, but that was it.I have been training my immune system with the bee pollen throughout the year and using the Nettle-Quercetin when allergy season arrived and I can honestly say that I went from one of the worst allergy sufferers to someone who now watches everyone else suffer from allergies, unless they heed my advice to try this remedy. I have had several friends try this out and they have had amazing results as well. Please keep in mind that you have to take this throughout the day if your allergies are bad and the pollen is heavy. This is not just 2 a day and your done. At the most I was taking about 6-8 caps a day (2 caps every 2-4 hours as needed).

Amazing allergy help!
FANTASTIC stuff. I have been struggling with allergies for years: not typical seasonal allergy stuff but more the frustrating, undiagnosed allergic-to-something stuff. When I consistently take this it helps immensely. I carry some with me in my purse so that if I feel that little hint of yuck, I can pull it out and take it immediately. While I believe this helps, I definitely benefit more from taking it consistently so it builds up in my body and that external junk can't get in and get a foothold before I address it. This particular brand was recommended to me by a friend who had also benefitted from it. While stinging nettle (and of course the quercetin) is helpful, this particular brand contains freeze-dried stinging nettle so it's more pure and potent than the brands with the more processed nettle. If you're looking for natural allergy remedies, I HIGHLY recommend that you get this and take it regularly to see if you have improvement like I have! Good luck!

Allergies + Migraine Headaches
I suffer from Chronic Migraines, this year has been an unusually bad allergy season. I happened upon information about quercetin online and bought a different natural allergy supplement on Amazon with good results. I discovered that if I took it twice a day my migraines improved, so I began digging into the research studies on quercetin. My mind was blown, this is a powerful anti-inflammatory. I then ordered this product which contains a higher mg content of quercetin, I still take the other supplement in the mornings (because I like the combination in it) but I am using this one throughout the day and in the evenings (no more than 4 times a day total including the other supplement.) Since I have been doing this I have not needed to take any pain medication for my migraines, they have been less frequent and milder. March 11th was the last time I took any over the counter or prescription pain medication for my migraines.

Actually did help!
I have to say that I was surprised at the usefulness of this product in reducing my allergy symptoms. I generally took two capsules, three times a day. It was strange. I would take it, and it would feel like my allergies wanted to act up but they couldn't. Hard to explain. It primarily reduced my sneezing, itchy nose, mouth, and throat. It did not do a lot for my itchy eyes. I cannot say it made me feel "allergy free" but it was useful. I live in the middle of fields and trees, so allergy products can only do so much for me I think.

Works great and solved my nasal congestion!
My godmother highly recommended this supplement to me. I'm usually wary of buying such products since it's difficult to determine their efficacy. However, after trying a few capsules, I've found that they work wonderfully! Previously, I used nasal sprays, but they only kept my nose clear for an hour or so. Now, I simply take two pills in the morning and I'm good to go for the entire morning!

Eclectic Institute Stinging Nettle with Quercetin
This is an AMAZING product if you have seasonal allergies. It even helped my migraine headaches I was experiencing. The company is fantastic. I discovered it at the Coop this Spring. They said it fly's off the shelves. It provided sinus relief & minimized headaches I was getting throughout summer... and my daughter (who is diagnosed with allergies). You get 90 capsules for about $14. (the Coop is 50 caps for the same price)...so I choose to purchase mine on Amazon as I get more for my money. :) Stinging Nettle has many other health benefits (calcium, Vit A, magnesium, B-6, iron and fiber if you ate a cup of it). It's believed to be good for reducing inflammation. So you get a lot more out of it than just Allergy relief. It says you can take up to 6 capsules per day. I space out 3 per day and have great results. :)

It's helpful...
It helps with allergies, but peak allergy season, I need 3 capsules several times a day. Not the most convenient, and can get expensive, but it is natural, and for someone who also has several food allergies, is safe for me to take.
