Perfect
Saw this strap in Nashville at the Johnny Cash museum and when I got home looked it up. 1/3rd the cost on here and is my favorite strap by far!

It's a metal buckle
These are cool but the buckle is metal and can damage your guitar if you aren't careful.

As Close as You'll get to the Original Ace Strap
I bought the Ace strap in '68 or '69 and loved it from the beginning, not realizing until later it was worn by Jimi Hendrix. In the '90's someone offered me a substantial amount and I sold it. I Immediately regretted that move and was excited to find one that looked very much like the original. The first photo is the original with Ace still barely visible on the end. The differences I can find are two rows of stitching instead of one down the middle on the original. The leather ends are a darker brown and thicker on the new one. My '68 Teisco is happy once again.

It's 1969 all over again.
Had this same strap in 1969, used it on everything. Imagine my surprise when I was watching the film "Woodstock" and saw it on Jimi's white Strat. Had no idea. That strap finally feel apart in the late 90's, glad to have it again. Hope it out lasts me.To the person worried about the rivets, do what I did back in the day. Glue small pieces of felt over them. Worked great, no marks. I used some left over pads we used to put on the bottom of chair legs so they wouldn't scratch the hardwood floors.Walrus
