These Work As Advertised.
When your throat is dry, you don’t have time at the moment to wait for another cup of tea to steep, and you’re trying to sing, these are a lifesaver. A bit pricey, but worth it. And they also don’t “taste sugar free”. I just noticed that there are other flavors, too. I’ll have to try those, too.

A Better Solution To The Tins
These individual "travel packs" are the better way to buy the pastilles. I was going through a tin a week and throwing the empty metal boxes into recycling after I'd already repurposed or given away as many empty tins as I could. Now, I use the pastilles in the travel pack and fill up the tins. I wish that both Dr. Doolittle and Grether's would sell large refill bags for the environmentally conscious. You'd think that in this day and age, they'd want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem.

Product name is misleading
The flavor of this product is pleasant enough, but the name says it is “sugar free”, and I believed it, until I read the ingredient label. Listed are sorbitol, mannitol, and several other “sugars” by another name, some of which I do not tolerate well. They can cause bloating, gas, and other Gastrointestinal symptoms in many people. Also, they do not give a good slippery coating to throat tissues as do Grethers Pastille's, which are worth the extra money.

Buyer be extremely aware
I hate leaving negative reviews but this product was fairly expensive.I’ve had these before and loved them, so I ordered a pack of three. When I got them despite not being anywhere near the expiration date the flavoring used in them was rancid. I had to spit it out it was so bad and will have to throw them away since this is a food item and therefore not returnable.Because its “food” it’s also not eligible for refund even though it’s damaged, so be really careful if you buy it. I’m assuming it’s a recent problem or part of a bad batch but it’s still their responsibility to check batches before selling them. They hadn’t melted at all in transit so it didn’t seem to be heat damage or any shipping issue.Anyway, I am very sad as I used to like them and will have to find something else. The reason this has 3 stars and not lower is that the seller refunded me for the order which I appreciate so if anything even if the product is damaged the seller is very ethical and good about it.I may try again in the future or with another flavor.
