This is the real deal. For people with the inability to break down complex sugars (CSID), this is a miracle. I've struggled my whole life with severe diarrhea and stomach cramps, at times, constipation, and my digestion would shut down at times, for days. After seeing the most renowned (multiple) gastroenterologists, with no luck in explaining why my system was not functioning, I randomly came across some info on the lactase enzyme and what happens when you are not producing enough of that. I saw that as many of 40% of people with IBS may simply be afficted with the inability to produce sufficient lactase to further break down complex sugars (CSID). I figured that if I could add lactase to my diet, I would soon know if that was my diagnose. Let's just say, last two weeks I've had one or two of these with all meals and snacks and have been regular, daily. Even better, my stomach is flat for the first time in 40 years. I haven't had any cramps, I also do not have the digestional pain I often feel after eating, in my small intestine, and my tummy is not sensitive to the touch or pressure from clothes. It's like bleeping heaven!!!! I'm wearing all the "small" pants and re-trying old dresses, because the dramatic deflation. Best of all is I feel better over all. The build up of complex sugars in the small and large intestine makes you really sick at times, and is likely the explanation for a maternal and paternal pattern of colon cancer in my ancestral lines.Thank you guys. Seller was fantastic, had no issues at all. Buyer beware that pure encapsulations has changed the packaging of their sibbzymes because they added in a ingredient called silicon dioxide. Not sure If I will continue purchasing. Companies are never transparent about these types of things. If they only knew they lose trust with consumers by being sneaky. I'm not certain if it's this supplement or not, but I am feeling much better than I was. Fingers crossed that this continues to help!

I'm extremely sensitive sugar and have to be really careful with my sugar and carb intake. My blood sugar was all over the place for few weeks I was taking the Sibb-Zymes.
