Hello, We can make this claim because we control the process from start to finish. We own the hives and keep them very far away from commercial farming operations where herbicides would be used. Hello, thanks for your question! This product was launched very recently - in September 2016, to be exact. Based upon the overwhelmingly positive response, it will be in a larger size (most likely 3 lbs) in early 2017. Keep an eye out for it, and thank you for your support!

Q: What is better this Honey or the Eco bee Farms one?

Taste is highly subjective, so one person's opinion can't really tell how you would like it. That being said, I can't really offer an opinion, since although I have used both, I use the honey in a concoction made up of 1 tbsp of Apple cider vinegar, a green tea bag, about 1 tsp honey, and the juice of 1/8 lemon in about 12oz. Of hot water from a Keurig coffee maker. This makes it hard to say which honey is better! I would go with whichever was cheaper! I don't think you would be disappointed with either.
