Nice quality Arrowroot. Received it quickly from the seller. Thanks. I use this with cassava flour to make Gluten free dumplings. And Arrowroot in general is great as a thicking agent instead of cornflour.

This type of powder in under-appreciated in cooking and baking
This is such an essential product for brownies, because it gives them a fantastic texture. What's more, I think it is not used enough in baking. Xantham Gum is much more common, but arrowroot powder gives a different texture to the baked goods. Particularly, if you follow a keto-diet, and you are sick and tired of the regular almond flour / coconut flour combo. Highly recommended.

Bought the arrowroot powder as I want to go down the natural root for dry shampoo, just mix it with cacao powder. Great value, arrived quickly and excellent customer service.
